Bar and Book Launch

BAR VULKAN staged The Living Bar to launch the book Please Come to the Show edited by David Senior and published by Occasional Papers. A dazzling array of speakers stepped up to the bar to talk about invitation cards, including Ruth Blacksell, Sara De Bondt, David Crowley, Juan Cruz, Sophie Demay, Gustavo Grandal Montero, Lola Halifa-Legrand, Will Holder, Antony Hudek, Patrick Lacey (as barman), Kaisa Lassinaro, Marysia Lewandowska, John Morgan, Fraser Muggeridge and Clive Phillpot.
With thanks to David Senior for making the book; Ella Klaschka and Sylwia Ludas for coming in and making the show; Rosalie Doubal for the ICA’s welcome; Olivier Foulon for the photographs above, as well as his rhyme and reason; and, not least, Rachel Carr for connecting the rest of the world to Liverpool.
